Here you’ll find the first Italian carbonara menu, dedicated to carbonara only. Yellow, green, purple, and black are just some of nuances achieved using different ingredients including saffron pistils, crispy artichoke, purple potatoes, and truffles. You can also have a carbonara a modo tuo (your own way), choosing the type of pasta and type of eggs you want. Take your seat in front of the kitchen and learn what’s behind the recipes, all of which focus on ingredient choice and the world of organic food.
Then, tie on an apron and get ready for your hands-on class. Select ingredients under the surveillance of the chef and create your recipe step by step. Learn how to select high-quality pasta, eggs, and guanciale (cured pork meat). If you are vegetarian, you can make an amazing vegetarian dish that will be beloved by meat eaters as well.
