Meet Alesandro Pipero and Luciano Monosilio in person and be hosted by their crew.
Chef Luciano Monosilio, Born in 1984, he had the opportunity to collaborate with the Roscioli brothers and with great chefs such as Uliassi, Pierangelini and Crippa. In 2010, Luciano started his activity with Alessandro Pipero in Albano Laziale/Rome and, a year later, they moved to Rome and at the restaurant Pipero al Rex, he was awarded of his first Michelin star.
In 2012, the Gambero Rosso appointed Luciano “Best Emerging Chef 2012”. In 2014, he was awarded of the prize “San Pellegrino Young Chef” under 30, according to the magazine of international cuisine “Identità Golose”.
Alessandro is a successful maître and a sommelier and, since 2017, he has been leading the Restaurant having his name Pipero Roma.
The Restaurant was awarded with the prize “Novelty of the Year” by ”L’Espresso”2013.
Monosilio’s cuisine aims at intense, distinctive and rich flavours. When you read the menu, you will have two surprises: first of all, he blends unusual ingredients for the common taste and secondly, the brilliant combination of these ingredients reveals finely calibrated dishes.

Meet Maitre Achille Sardiello, he is a unique person a real pro and “silent man. He is Alessandro’s “right-hand man” and he is well-known by his colleagues and customers for his elegance, style and a good visual memory.


Sous Chef is Davide Puleio, born in 1989. Introverted but obsessive in the kitchen, with an exceptional technique and love for innovations. He’s a key figure of the Pipero Roma.
He works at Convivio di Troiani, comes to Sverrison’s kitchens in London and grows up at Noma in Copenaghen, where he stays about a year. Then comes back to Italy passing through the Capofaro Resort of Salina and Trussardi alla Scala.
Hosted in the elegant hall, be ready to be treated as a star. You’ll have a reserved table and a friendly and knowledgeable host with you during the dinner.
