My wife and I booked the Luxury Dinner Experience with high expectations considering the quality of restaurants in Rome.  We were both very happy and satisfied. Our tour guide, Martina, made us feel very comfortable and gave us a lot of insight on Italian culinary art.
A very enjoyable and highly recommended tour. Again, thank you Martina for your time and efforts.

The Food Crawl tour was so fun and informative, we are so glad we did it. It was particularly good visiting little bakeries and a deli that we wouldn’t have approached otherwise…we will be going there tomorrow to get ingredients for lunch! We learnt so much about the way Italians, particularly Romans, cook and choose their ingredients. Very impressed with the way the people here value fresh, in season ingredients! Delicious tastings and were quite full by the end despite barely eating all day in preparation for this tour. Would highly recommend this to others!

My wife and I were gifted this tour for our honeymoon and we couldn’t have been more impressed. Our personal guide, Valeria, was so familiar with the area and culture and didn’t not mind answering any questions we had, even if they weren’t necessarily espresso or gelato related. If you’re new to Rome I’d recommend doing this tour as early in your trip as possible. There are so many “fake” gelato places around the city that you’ll want to avoid and your tour guide will tell you how to spot them.

Daniela was very personable and knowledgable about roman cuisine. it was fun, we had at least 5 tastings plus gelato. we walked through the jewish quarter, the bridge, learned how to tell the diff of authentic vs touristy. the only thing was that the street cleaning was quite distracting to our sampling near the market.

We had a great experience, trying different foods which were spiced with local stories about families, tradition, Rome and italy. Valeria was really amazing and very knowledgeable.

Visit outdoor market to identify unique freshly grown local foods, as well as specialty food shops and the Ghetto as you taste your way through tradition and across time. Learn local history as you walk through neighborhoods sampling cheeses, meat, pastas, pizza, wines & gelato. A tour that leaves you knowledgeable and eager to try so many foods. This was our first tour in Italy, and it prepared us for what to order and also many places to go to for a good meal. The group size was okay (11, I think). Francesca sent recommendations of restaurants and neighborhoods to explore for good eating and good atmosphere. Thank you, thank you!

Francesca was an amazing guide who was extremely helpful and clearly passionate about authentic italian food. She introduced us to some fantastic places and culture that has been a brilliant start to our holiday! My tastebuds are tingling. Would recommend this tour to every traveller! And do so at the start of your trip to get the best experience for the duration.

Great food and interaction with a local on the streets of Rome.

very nice tour with excellent guide!

It’s great opportunity to see the city by local view, not same as sightseeing from bus. It is super recommended if you have enough time at Rome.

We had a great time, learned a lot and had great food!

Our tour guide was friendly and informative. Lots of food and interesting places but it wasn’t the most delicious I had in Roma.

Our guide was Giorgia and she did a great job. She explained us a lot about the Italian food and she was able to show and let us taste different kind of food during the tour. Due to this tour you’ll have some good ideas of where to eat, therefore I would recommend that you take this tour in the beginning of your holiday as you still have some time to go back to the places. But I would definitely recommend this.

This is hands down the best food tour in Rome! Our guide Daniela was knowledgeable, friendly, and fun. This tour explains Roman cuisine and roman history in a unique way. I highly recommend it.

We had a great time on the tour. We came hungry and left full. We had many Roman delicacies and learned a lot about the culture 🙂

Best mortadella pizza I have eaten. Try not to get full, you need to try the gelatto… any flavor is good.

Guide was fab. So much knowledge and the tasting was spot on. Highly highly recommended.

Daniella was knowledgeable and enthusiastic about her culture and the history of Roman food. We sampled many different foods with her explaining how it was made and when it is eaten, along with interesting historical anecdotes.

As we really love Italy, and specially the Italinan food it was my wish to join a culinary tour. And we really loved it! Tasting, walking, looking around, asking, enjoying…many thanks to our lovely guide Valeria who showed and told us so much with great enthousiasm! Back in the Netherlands I am already dreaming of a next holiday in Rome (and perhaps another culinary tour? who knows…) Valeria, many thanks from two dutch couples!

It was a nice tour, I expected more than that. It was very shallow and I could have done the tour without the guide. There was nothing unique about it. I expected to go to places where you can find unique food and not touristic places that anyone can go without a guide.
